The short version.
I'm a systems builder. Features are the easy part. I think about architecture, distribution, and whether the whole thing still makes sense in two years.
By day, I develop the Fortuna betting app — one of the biggest mobile platforms in Central Europe. By night, I'm co-building Ferda App, an AI child safety platform, and growing Kvalty.cz, the largest independent driving school comparator in the Czech Republic.
Before tech, I sold phones at Vodafone, worked in the Scottish Highlands, and dropped out of university after three semesters. Not the most linear path — but every step taught me something no tutorial could.
I'm a firm believer in what I call "vibe engineering" — not letting AI write code for you, but using it as a sparring partner while you hold the vision and make the hard calls. I'd rather build something with a solid foundation than ship a duct-taped MVP.

This was not only code delivery. I had to understand the market, design value for students and schools, build the distribution channel, shape the data model, and keep the system running as one person using AI as a force multiplier.
What I owned end to end
- Frontend UX, admin, superadmin, and the student-facing Academy.
- Backend domain logic, data model, migrations, emails, payments, and integration contracts.
- SEO acquisition, school workflows, business logic, and growth-facing product decisions.
- AI orchestration: specs, review, integration, and output control instead of blind code generation.

Ferda is a family safety net for the first years of a child's own phone. It is not built on secret monitoring, but on clear boundaries, local evaluation, and an alert only when something serious appears.

Founding Team
Product-wise, Ferda is the third way between basic parental controls and invasive monitoring. First a stable Control layer, then gradually validated Safety layers: protection a parent can explain to a child and defend technically.
What Ferda proves beyond implementation
- Finding the product boundary: protecting kids without normalizing surveillance.
- Architecting a sensitive product: data minimization, local-first evaluation, and selective server escalation.
- Business thinking: paid families, CZ/SK as the first wedge, gradual expansion through languages and trust.
- Working with risk: store policy, privacy perception, false positives, security, retention, and expert validation as product work.

Transparent Protection
The child knows Ferda runs. The parent does not get the child's regular inbox, only limited context when signals point to a real risk.

Control -> Safety
The first layer covers onboarding, pairing, limits, apps, websites, location, SOS, and reports. Safety adds validated scenarios gradually.

Privacy & Local-First
Ordinary evaluation should happen on the child's device. Server or stronger analysis is used selectively for serious or unclear cases.
